In the year that she would have turned 100 years old, celebrate the famously impeccable style and enduring fashion legacy of Britain’s longest reigning monarch at this landmark exhibition Queen Elizabeth II: Her Life in Style, at the Kings Gallery, Buckingham Palace.

Featuring more than 300 items, many on display for the first time, this is the largest and most comprehensive exhibition of the late Queen’s fashion ever mounted. Alongside clothing, jewellery, hats, shoes and accessories, explore never-before-seen design sketches, fabric samples and handwritten correspondence that reveal the behind-the-scenes process of dressing the most famous woman in the world and shed new light on the late Queen’s close involvement in the creation of her wardrobe.

Highlights include her christening robe, bridesmaid dress, wedding dress, Coronation dress and the ensemble worn for the wedding of Princess Margaret.

Our coach will depart from The Barming Bull bus stop at 9.20am, Teston Crown City bus stop at 9.25am and Wateringbury Hotel bus stop at 9.30am, Hadlow Square bus stop at 9.40am, Hadlow Road bus stop (junction with Orchard Drive) at 9.50am, Rose and Crown bus stop at 9.55am and the Tonbridge Station bus stop, opposite Lidl at 10am.

Returning to the Villages about 7pm.

Ticket for the exhibition at the King’s Gallery with a 2.30pm entry time.

Time before the exhibition for lunch, some shopping or to sightsee.
